Yes. We ship to eligible addresses in 49 states and the District of Columbia. Louisiana, U.S. territories, and destinations outside the United States are not eligible. Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping is available on all orders to eligible destinations, with no minimum purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically take 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. USPS transit typically takes 2–5 business days; total delivery is generally 3–8 business days after payment confirmation. Mimosa Hostilis root bark is sold exclusively for external craft applications, including natural fabric dyeing, artisan soap making, and leather tanning. Not for human consumption.

1. Shipping Destinations and Restrictions
Shipping is available to eligible addresses in 49 states plus the District of Columbia. Louisiana addresses, U.S. territories, and destinations outside the United States are not eligible for shipping.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
USPS Ground Advantage shipping is free on all orders to eligible destinations, with no minimum purchase. Paid expedited shipping options and their final charges are shown at checkout before payment. Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express carrier rates depend on order weight and destination; Priority Mail includes a $20 expedited service charge, and Priority Mail Express includes a $50 expedited service charge.
Bulk orders also qualify for free USPS Ground Advantage shipping to eligible destinations. Paid expedited shipping for bulk orders is calculated at checkout. For quantities above the listed 10kg sizes, contact us for bulk pricing and availability before ordering.
3. Checkout Billing Address
If you use a debit or credit card through guest checkout, we can ship only to the card's billing address. We verify the billing address returned by the checkout site after payment approval. If the address does not match, or the checkout site does not provide enough billing-address information to verify it, the order is placed on hold before a shipping label is created or the order is sent for fulfillment. Please do not submit another payment; contact Violet Dye Co so we can help resolve the order.
4. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed to USPS. USPS transit time is separate from processing time and typically takes 2–5 business days. Total delivery time is generally 3–8 business days after payment is confirmed.
5. Carrier Liability
Once your order has been accepted by USPS, Violet Dye Co bears no further responsibility for the package. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, packages stolen after delivery, or damage that occurs in transit. Carrier-related claims must be filed directly with USPS.
