Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations and Restrictions

We ship exclusively within the United States. Due to state regulations, we do not ship to Louisiana. Any orders placed with a Louisiana shipping address will be automatically canceled and refunded in full.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer free standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) on all domestic orders. Paid expedited options — including Priority Mail and Express Mail — are available at checkout. Expedited rates are calculated based on order weight and destination address.

Bulk orders (2kg and above) are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable carrier. Shipping costs for bulk orders are quoted individually based on weight and destination zip code.

3. Processing Time

Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days from the date payment is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been handed to USPS. Standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days in transit.

4. Carrier Liability

Once your order has been accepted by USPS, Violet Dye Co bears no further responsibility for the package. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, packages stolen after delivery, or damage that occurs in transit. Carrier-related claims must be filed directly with USPS.
